A possibly drunk female Bruins fan kicks a hole in a bathroom column at the Boston Garden and surprise, surprise, the video ends up on the internet.
The Boston Bruins marketing department responds in an awesome way with this viral commercial.
Never Disrespect the Garden.
High fives to Jim Murray & Barstool.

I went to the Patriots game in San Diego yesterday. We hit the road super early and tailgated with Sam Adams Octoberfest, sweet Italian sausages with garlic grilled peppers and onions and bacon cheese burgers. We won tailgating. Then we won the game.
This is what the sky looks like starting the day.
The Naked Gun boobs.
Ladder ball. This was so much fun. Also, I was awesome at it.
This mural has some funny/weird stuff on it.
This guy is how you watch football games.
This is what the sky looks like ending the day.
Patriots 23 Chargers 20. The game shouldn't have been that close but a win is a win.

If you're going to watch this at a library, a preschool, a church or at work, please use headphones. Wally Backman doesn't agree with the ump and he lets him know it. This video is all types of amazing... Enjoy!

Threads featuring upside down fitted hats from Hall of Fame and a Nike New York Yankees shirt designed by Futura with the Futura pointman in a Yanks uniform.
Here's Futura talking about his love of baseball and other Nike releases.
And in case you missed it, Futura's Cathedrals of the Game photo collection of baseball ballparks is on a .406 level of greatness.

On Friday night, Corgishoe and I went to the Clippers game to see Kevin Durant.
Durant is one of my favorite non-Celtics players in the NBA and I saw him play against the Celts last year. He was good then and he's better now. He's maturing and developing...he's only 21 years old. He's going to be one of the top three players in the NBA very soon. If he played in a bigger market, you'd be hearing his name as often as you hear Lebron, Kobe and Wade.
We had great seats.
Look how skinny he is. He's listed at 6-9/230. Just wait until he gets stronger and his body & basketball IQ develop. He might be the youngest player to ever win a scoring title this year. Think about that for a minute. If I could buy Durant stock, I would already own a ton.
This picture pretty much sums up the Clippers.
And in case you've been living under a rock, in the back of a cave, in the middle of nowhere and haven't seen the Hyperize video, here you go. And if you have seen it, watch it again; you know it's that good.
"Don't Criticize (Hyperize)" - Hyperizers: Velvet Hoop (Kevin Durant), Chief Blocka (Andre Iguodala), Ice-O (Rashard Lewis), Fog Raw (Mo Williams) and DJ Quik

8:01pm Joe Morgan, Jon Miller and Steve Philips looking up to the camera is not a good look. It's like Yao Ming is training to be a camera man in case he can't play basketball again.
8:10pm Jeter homers on the first pitch of the game. I think the benches will clear tonight.
8:17pm The Sausage Guy had to close 3 hours before first pitch tonight because he ran out of food. CC Sabathia went there for lunch.
8:28pm Matsui homers on the first pitch of the 2nd inning. I say Beckett should throw the first pitch of the 3rd into the net behind homeplate.
8:47pm Molina grounds out on the first pitch of the 3rd. Beckett is settling down.
9:09pm In 2008 CC Sabathia said he didn't want the dots in his name anymore. I think this is because he thought he could eat the Dots.
9:41pm 5-3 yanks in the bottom of the 4th. I love when the Yankees make errors.
10:09pm 7-3 yanks middle 6th. This Sox comeback is going to be great.
10:27pm "No two baseball games in a row are ever gonna be identical." Wow! Thanks Joe Morgan. I had no idea...
11:24pm blah.

I'm sure a bunch of you were watched the USA - Brazil Confederations Cup soccer match on ESPN but you should have also been following the live commentary updates on ESPN.com. Here are some of the best:
The line at the end of the 60 minute mark comment sounds like a fortune cookie fortune. The whole thing reminds me of a Bill Simmons running diary. I wonder who was doing was doing it...he/she gets a gold star for a job well done from me.

I can't name one Phish song, but I love their Ben & Jerry's ice cream and think this video is great:

I was home last week and did something that I've never done before: I took a tour of Fenway Park. Of course I've been to countless games there, but I've never taken a tour. It was great. I got to go in the press box on some Theo Epstein/Peter Gammons steez. I sat in the Green Monster seats. I walked through the "employees only" hallways which had Red Sox poster sized pictures and plaques all over the walls. I got the baseball chills more than a few times.
Even if you're not a Sox fan, Fenway Park is a place that you should go to...see a game there; take a tour. Trust me. I went with Dodger fan and he loved it.
As a wise man once said, "During baseball season, Fenway Park is the best bar in the world."
Here are a few pictures that I took...click here for the rest.
