Velvet Hoop aka Kevin Durant

On Friday night, Corgishoe and I went to the Clippers game to see Kevin Durant. 

 

Durant is one of my favorite non-Celtics players in the NBA and I saw him play against the Celts last year. He was good then and he's better now. He's maturing and developing...he's only 21 years old. He's going to be one of the top three players in the NBA very soon. If he played in a bigger market, you'd be hearing his name as often as you hear Lebron, Kobe and Wade.

 

We had great seats.

Look how skinny he is. He's listed at 6-9/230. Just wait until he gets stronger and his body & basketball IQ develop. He might be the youngest player to ever win a scoring title this year. Think about that for a minute. If I could buy Durant stock, I would already own a ton.

This picture pretty much sums up the Clippers.

CORALINE - can you find the Nike sneaker box?

You can't get a pair with the packaging and buttons like mine (unless you want to pay $4,000 on ebay), but if you see the movie and stick around after the credits, you'll have a chance to get a pair of your own.
